100% Satisfaction Guarantee Qualifications

If you are unsatisfied with a DynaVap manufactured product you purchased from DynaVap, return it for a full refund within 90 days of your order date, no questions asked.  This 90-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee covers all DynaVap Manufactured devices purchased directly from Dynavap.com. Products covered by this guarantee include The ‘M’, the ‘B’, VonG, WoodWynd, and Omni Devices as well as tips, caps, condensers, spinning mouthpieces, the Armored Cap, DynaCoil, and SlingStash.

  • The product does not need to be returned in the original packaging but should be thoroughly cleaned before returning it. 
  • All returns must be from the original purchaser with proof of purchase. 
  • Gifts - The customer must provide a connection to the original purchaser, such as an order number or proof of purchase. A DynaVap online store credit will be issued for gift returns.   
  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. 
  • DynaVap will only refund the cost of the goods returned. We will not refund shipping charges, or any duties or taxes paid. 
  • The refund will be processed after the return has been received and processed at DynaVap.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you have any problem with something you purchased from DynaVap.com, please reach out to Customer Support right away so we can help you with a resolution. Customers may be required to send a photo(s) and/or video(s) and may be required to send the product back.

It is important to note that nothing lasts forever or handles every abuse. The following conditions apply regardless of when you made your purchase.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged by misuse, negligence, improper care
  • Products showing extreme abuse or unusual wear and tear
  • Products lost or damaged through natural disasters, fire, accidents, drops, or personal misplacement
  • Products with missing parts or pieces, or brands we don’t sell
  • Products sold in multiples, such as 3-packs, but returned individually
  • Products that have been contaminated or soiled beyond a reasonable expectation
  • Repetitive abuse of our return policy
  • Minor imperfections with the coloring on any of the colored devices
  • All Merchandise and Clearance Sales are Final 

DynaVap Manufactured Devices:

  • We will take care of any Functional Issues on Covered Devices forever. “Covered Devices” include:
    • The ‘B’, The ‘M’, VonG, Omni, Tips, Metal Stems, Metal Mouthpieces (not wood, not glass), and Metal Condensers
  • This does not include:
    • CCDs, O-rings, or other accessories
  • Wood is a dynamic material and can change based on the care and environmental conditions. The WoodWynd stem is covered by the 90-day satisfaction guarantee and is covered by a limited warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase by the original buyer. After the 90-day satisfaction period, the customer will pay for shipping to return the stem.  Please include your order number on the outside of the package. We will replace the stem via a coupon for a free replacement stem. This will be emailed to the customer for a future purchase. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs, duties, and/or taxes.
  • Cosmetic defects are not covered under the Warranty (unless the claim is made within 90 days, based on the 100%  Satisfaction Guarantee)
  • We may need to replace your item with a comparable product depending on the current inventory. 
  • The Warranty Excludes limited-run products, giveaway items, second-hand purchases, and customized items. 

DynaVap Cap Warranty:

  • Customers may return the cap under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if not satisfied within 90 days, following the procedures and qualifications stated in that Policy. 

For Cap product failures or manufacturing defects:

Within 90 Days of purchase, the customer will be asked to return or destroy the cap and provide proof by a photo showing the destroyed cap, with the customer's name or order number on a piece of paper shown in the picture with the destroyed cap. We will then replace the cap and cover the shipping for the replacement. 

After 90 days of purchase, the customer will pay for shipping to return or destroy the cap and provide proof by a photo showing the destroyed cap, with the customer's name or order number on a piece of paper shown in the picture with the destroyed cap, and we will replace the cap when received via a coupon for a free cap. This will be emailed to the customer for a future purchase. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs, duties, and/or taxes.

Limited 3rd Party Product Warranty: 

  • Third-party items may be refunded after proof of any manufacturing/ production issues. Any manufacturing/production issue inquiries must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. Return of the defective item may be needed. Third-party items include but are not limited to water pipes, grinders, glass products, and DynaStashes.

Induction Heater Warranty:

ISPIRE Wand  1-year Manufacturer Warranty

  • ISPIRE Warranty Claims are handled by DynaVap.  If you have any problem with your new ISPIRE Wand, please contact DynaVap Customer Support for assistance.
  • Parts are warranted for one year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. If we determine the product to contain defects, it will be replaced at no charge. 

To obtain warranty service during the one-year warranty period you must upload a photo/video of the defective product. 

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. This is required to obtain warranty service from ISPIRE. 

Dynatec Heaters 1-year Manufacturer Warranty:

Within 90 Days of purchase, the customer will be asked to return or destroy the heater and provide proof by a photo showing the destroyed heater, with the customer's name or order number on a piece of paper shown in the picture with the destroyed heater. We will then issue the refund based on the purchase price. If purchased as part of a bundle the credit will be partial based on the bundle pricing.

Within 1 year of purchase, the customer will pay to return or destroy the heater and provide proof by a photo showing the destroyed heater, with the customer's name or order number on a piece of paper shown in the picture with the destroyed heater. We will issue an in-store credit for Dynavap.com based on the purchase price to the original customer only. If purchased as part of a bundle the credit will be partial based on the bundle pricing.

Lighters / Torches:

  • All Lighters and Torches sold by DynaVap will be covered by us for 90 days from the date of original purchase, and by the original purchaser (see gift purchases above). 
  • After 90 days please contact DynaVap Customer Support and we will direct you to the proper manufacturer for assistance with a replacement. 

DynaVap Bundles:

If you purchased a product as part of a bundle, you may receive partial credit based on the bundle pricing.

For DynaVap Retail Location Purchases:

  • If you purchased DynaVap products from a retailer location or website, please contact the retailer directly for any assistance with any problems you may encounter with your purchase. 
  • If you have any questions or concerns with your purchase and you are not getting assistance from the retailer, please contact DynaVap Customer Support directly for further assistance. 

HOW TO SEND US A RETURN:

SELF-SERVICE RETURNS: How to Submit a Return Request

Log into your DynaVap Account:  https://account.dynavap.com/   or Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of DynaVap.com navigation to log into your account and request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Locate the order which you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items and quantity that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note (if applicable).
  8. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved you will be responsible for the return shipping. Drop your returned items at the shipper of your choice. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Once we receive and accept the return, a refund will be processed. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be returned to the card used for purchase. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Please allow 3-4 business days for any funds to show back into your account. If you do not see the refund first contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact Customer Support.

GIFTS 

If you are purchasing as a gift, please keep your proof of purchase. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and you do not have proof of purchase, you will receive store credit. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you for the current price of the item.
