We stand by the quality and performance of our products. If you are unsatisfied with a DynaVap-manufactured product purchased directly from DynaVap.com, you may return it within 90 days of your order date for a full refund—no questions asked.
Covered Products:

Tips, Standard Caps, Condensers, Spinning Mouthpieces, the Armored Cap, T.H.C. and BallR Caps, DynaCoil, and SlingStash.
Return Conditions:

Original packaging is not required.

Returns must be from the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Gifts: The recipient must provide a connection to the original purchaser (e.g., order number or proof of purchase). Gift returns will receive store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds cover the product cost only (shipping, package protection, duties, and taxes are non-refundable).

Refunds are processed upon receipt and approval of the return.
Warranty Claims
If you experience any issues with a product purchased from DynaVap.com, contact Customer Support for assistance. You may be required to provide photos/videos or return the product for inspection.
Exclusions (Regardless of Purchase Date):

Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

Extreme wear and tear or excessive abuse

Lost or damaged items due to natural disasters, fire, accidents, or misplacement

Missing parts or non-DynaVap branded products

Products sold in multiples (e.g., 3-packs) but returned individually

Contaminated or soiled products beyond reasonable expectations

Repeated abuse of the return policy

Minor cosmetic imperfections on colored devices
DynaVap Manufactured Devices Warranty
We cover functional issues on the following devices indefinitely:

The ‘B’, The ‘M’, VonG, Omni, HyerDyn, UniDyn, T.H.C. & BallR Cap, Tips, Metal stems (not wood or glass), and Condensers.
Not Covered:

CCDs, O-rings, Replacement Media, and Accessories.

Wood and Glass stems unless returned within 90 days under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Cosmetic defects unless returned within 90 days under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Limited-run products, Giveaways, Second-Hand Purchases, and Customized Items.

Replacement products may vary or be unavailable based on inventory.
DynaVap Standard Cap Warranty

Caps are Covered under the 90-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

For defects within 90-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Customers must show proof of the cap destroyed and provide a photo (with their name or order number visible). A replacement will be sent at no charge, including shipping.

After 90 days: The same process applies, but customers cover shipping costs. A coupon for a free cap will be issued instead.
Third-Party Product Warranty

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order.

Proof of defect and possible return may be required.

Covered third-party items include, but are not limited to, water pipes, grinders, glass products, and DynaStashes.
Induction Heater Warranty

ISPIRE Wand: 1-year manufacturer warranty. Claims must be made directly with DynaVap Customer Service. Proof of purchase is required.
Lighters & Torches Warranty

Covered for 90 days from the original purchase date.

After 90 days, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

If part of a bundle, partial credit may be issued based on the bundle pricing.
Retail Purchases
If purchased from a retail location or website, contact the retailer directly for assistance. If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact DynaVap Customer Support.
