Shipping and Handling Policy

  1. We ship items in stock as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time, and additional 2-3 business days during promotional periods. There may be other delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Pre-orders and backorders will ship as soon as the products are available to ship. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description, such as the preorder items. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at with your questions. All sales are in US Dollars. 

    You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

    If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Upon receiving the items, please verify the quantity and condition of all contents. If you are missing any items or if the item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours of receipt, no replacements will be offered

DynaVap does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We collect this beforehand, during checkout. No additional fees will arise.

*United Kingdom Shipments: must be over $135 to ship due to a customs law in the UK. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note we have and the Where to Buy Map options.
