Q: What items allow me to get a SlimStash?
A: Any complete stand-alone vaporizer will receive a free SlimStash in their order. Packs are NOT included in this promotion.
Q: Can I pick my free SlimStash wood type?
A: You can leave a comment with your preferred wood type, but we unfortunately can’t make any guarantees. Please put either ‘Padauk’ or ‘African Mahogany’ in your Customer Comments section if you have a preference.
Q: Does the SlimStash have a compartment for material storage?
A: No, the SlimStash is designed for device storage only.
Q: I want to change this Pack/Kit, can you substitute that out for me?
A: Unless otherwise noted in the product description, the packs/kits do not allow substitutions.
Q: Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
A: No, once an order has been placed we are unable to add or remove items. Please be sure your cart contains all the items you wish before you complete your purchase. Be sure to verify that the address and any other info is correct, as well.
Q: My order is not going through. I keep getting an AVS error, but I see the funds are being taken from my account. What is going on?
A: If you are receiving an AVS error, please contact your financial institution and verify that the information is an EXACT match to what they have on file. Any discrepancy will result in a declined purchase and a temporary hold on your account for the order value.
Q: I made a mistake in my order. How do I correct the mistake?
A: If you made a mistake when purchasing, please use the contact form or give us a call at (719) DYNAVAP and, as long as the order is not currently being processed, we can cancel the original order and you will be able to place a new order. Please be aware, it can take several days for funds to return to the original method of payment.
Q: If I purchase an hour after the sale ends, can I please get the discount?
A: No, if you would like to make a purchase and receive the discounts/promotions, the sale must be completed prior to the sale ending. Please do not wait until the last minute to make your purchase because, if you encounter any technical issues or issues with your card, we will not be able to honor the promotions after the sale end time.
Q: Are there any rain checks for out of stock items?
A: No, all the items during the sale are 'while supplies last.'
