As you can imagine, there are always plenty of questions regarding the details of a promotion, so I thought it would be best to compile the most common questions in this post. Q: Are the packs (e.g. "M" Starter Pack, HydraVonG Deluxe Pack, Maker’s Kit, PhantoM Holiday Gift Pack, etc) valid for the '“M" for a Friend' Promotion?
A: Yes, any purchase that includes a vaporizer is valid for the '"M" for a Friend' Promotion
Q: Does the 20% Discount combine with the '“M" for a Friend' Promotion?
A: You can take advantage of both offers, however, the $20.00 will not receive the 20% discount (e.g. A 2019 "M" with the 20% off would be $56.00, and if you took advantage of the '“M" for a Friend' Promotion, it would add an additional $20.00 for a total of $76.00 USD)
Q: Is there a limit to how many '"M" for a Friend' "M"’s that I can purchase?
A: For the purchase of each vaporizer you have the option to purchase one “M for a Friend” for $20.00 USD. If you purchase 3 vaporizers, you can purchase 3 “M’s for a Friend” and so on. They are tied to a simple 1:1 ratio.
Q: If I am willing to pay the difference, can I get a Color "M" in the '“M" for a Friend'?
A: No, the '“M" for a Friend' is limited to the standard 2019 "M".
Q: How do I add the “M for a Friend” to my cart?
A: After adding a qualifying item to your cart, a popup will automatically appear. If the pop up does not immediately appear, please give the site 25 seconds for the pop up to load. During this time do not click anything else on the site. If you have accidentally missed it, please remove the qualifying item from your cart and re-add it to try again.
Q: I want to change this Pack/Kit, can you substitute that out for me?
A: Unless otherwise noted in the product description, the packs/kits do not allow substitutions.
Q: When does the sale start?

Q: I see the AuruM Holiday Gift Pack in my email but not on the site. Why can’t I find it?
A: The AuruM Holiday Gift Pack is a Cyber Monday Exclusive and will be available starting on Monday, December 2nd, at 12:00 AM CST
Q: Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
A: No, once an order has been placed we are unable to add or remove items. Please be sure your cart contains all the items you wish before you complete your purchase. Be sure to verify that the address and any other info is correct, as well.
Q: My order is not going through. I keep getting an AVS error, but I see the funds are being taken from my account. What is going on?
A: If you are receiving an AVS error, please contact your financial institution and verify that the information is an EXACT match to what they have on file. Any discrepancy will result in a declined purchase and a temporary hold on your account for the order value.
Q: I made a mistake in my order. How do I correct the mistake?
A: If you made a mistake when purchasing, please use the contact form or give us a call at (719) DYNAVAP and, as long as the order is not currently being processed, we can cancel the original order and you will be able to place a new order. Please be aware, it can take several days for funds to return to the original method of payment.
Q: If I purchase an hour after the sale ends, can I please get the discount?
A: No, if you would like to make a purchase and receive the discounts/promotions, the sale must be completed prior to the sale ending. Please do not wait until the last minute to make your purchase because, if you encounter any technical issues or issues with your card, we will not be able to honor the promotions after the sale end time.
Q: Are there any rain checks for out of stock items?
A: No, all the items during the sale are 'while supplies last.'
